If an item is not available in the warehouse, the customer has the option of taking the showroom model. If the customer wants it today, they can have it.

That is, one price that the product is tagged at and another that they will sell it at, usually requiring some negotiation. Sofa Town has a simple price that is based on low margin and that really means something, it really is the price of the item! Additionally, to offer incentive to the customer for larger purchases, a simple 5% discount is offered any time a customer purchases three items or more at one time. The customers are free to create their own unique Sofa Town packages and get the benefit of the discounted price.
